Costa del Garraf

This was the first tourist destination in Catalonia to open an LGBT leisure venue in 1976. Continuing in this tradition, it was the first to erect a monument against homophobia in 2006. Its interesting Modernist architecture and its attractive, exceptionally well-conserved old town attract all kinds of tourists, especially in summer and during the carnival celebrations.
